Mello is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You agree not to: attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; access it through automated bulk requests or scrapers; use it to process or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or remove, obscure, or interfere with advertising or attribution. We may restrict access if these terms are violated.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify results before relying on them for financial, legal, or medical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mello and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Mello is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
