PDF Page Rotator
Rotate any pages in a PDF and download the fixed file.
About PDF Page Rotator
PDF Page Rotator rotates pages in a PDF by 90°, 180°, or 270° (i.e. 90° counter-clockwise). Drop in a file that was scanned sideways, or one that mixes portrait and landscape pages in the wrong orientation, pick the rotation and which pages it applies to, and download the corrected file.
Worked example: a scanner produced a 10-page document with page 4 sideways. Open the PDF here, pick 270° in the rotation dropdown to bring it back upright, type '4' in the Pages field, and download. To flip every page in a document that came out upside-down, leave Pages as 'all' and pick 180°. The Pages field accepts the same syntax as the splitter (comma-separated values and hyphen-separated ranges).
Rotation is metadata-only: the tool changes the orientation flag on the targeted pages without re-rendering or re-encoding pixels, so there is zero quality loss and the file size is essentially unchanged. The rotation is also persistent — unlike the rotate command in most PDF viewers, which usually only affects how you see the page on your screen, the saved file appears rotated in every reader on every device. To apply different angles to different page sets, run the tool more than once. Encrypted PDFs need to be decrypted first.
All rotation runs locally in your browser using pdf-lib. The PDF never leaves your device.
